How about a sleigh ride . I can not remember ever having seen such a snowy Advent , with cold and scarf ... . And I enjoy it! Just as the advent living in our community: Anyone who likes can always arrive in the evening at 18.30 hours for a half hour at different hosts. There are two outdoor Christmas carols sung and there is a little reading, poetry, history. Of course there are also warming to the punch, cookies, breads or lard around a fire basket. What is special, every time it is different and there is a moment of pause in the otherwise most stressful Christmas season. For us it works has not always , but it has always been very nice.
Crispy Weihnachtskeks (the glass)
500 g sunflower seeds
250 g chopped nuts
250 g cane sugar
3 eggs
Stir
first eggs with the sugar, add sunflower seeds and nuts. With a teaspoon of piles on a baking sheet translated. Flatten slightly. Bake at 200-220 C (circulation 180-200 C), about 8-10 minutes.
